Ordered new EE sim not and included BT PAC Code to transfer old number over BUT

Hi,

 I received my contract new sim card in the post today which I ordered on Monday 29th and when i applied online I filled in the a pac code requesting a transfer of my BT mobile number yet the new sim has a new EE number still so EE did not transfer like I requested so after registering the NEW EE sim number on MY EE and filling in number transfer request again it stated upto 5 days to swop over which is not what I wanted because that now means I am paying for 2 sim contracts with EE and BT until thats complete.

@IMBLOODYSKINT   You might of requested a number port but this can not be done until you have activated the EE sim and that sim will have its own number until your number port is completed. 
If EE had moved your number before you got the EE sim you’ll get cut off from BT until you got the EE sim.   You can not have 2 SIM cards with the same number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Good afternoon.  The same thing has happened to me and now I have to pay two providers until ee pass on the number. I gave Three my pac code but now I am told that it hasn’t transferred over and now I have two contracts running. Poor customer service.

Hi @MintyUK.

Number ports are usually completed within two working days of starting.

This will be the first working day if you completed your port over the weekend.
