Hello I ordered SIM card and I payed for a data online but the sent me message says:
( Hi from EE. Your order XKOXXXXXXXX couldn't be completed due to an issue with the card details you provided. Please update your details with your card issuer, then place a new order with us once they're correct. Thanks. )
so please can you confirm with me if I’m going to receive my order or they canceled it ? If they so when will they are going to refund the money for me and if they won’t cancel it and they will send it to me so when will I receive the SIM card ?
