Hi, I’ve transferred my number from giffgaff but that number isn’t working? Also how do I view my usage ?

last question, why do I owe EE £8 something ?

@Seansharp5  When did you request it to be changed over ?  Have you received a text to say it’s now completed?    Your bill breakdown will say what the charge is for. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
2 days ago? They said once my data goes blank means change my sim over, so I did that but the number has changed? I’ve logged in my app and it says I owe money but I’ve only just put the sim in my phone
