So I’ve recently upgraded plans on EE. I received a new sim yesterday with a new number. BUT I would like to keep my old number? How do I transfer my old EE number? There are only instructions for transferring from a different provider?

Just continue using your old SIM. It'll have your new plan on it.

Hi @Letford

Thanks for coming here.

Do you have two numbers showing in your My EE account?

Have you upgraded or ordered an additional contract with a new number?

Leanne.

Hi thanks for the reply. Yeah I have two numbers showing on my account, one for my old plan which has expired and the new number.

EE often supply a replacement SIM with upgrade phones incase there's a problem with your existing SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone - if your current SIM works and fits, just use it.

If you have an additional number shown on your bill, you may have inadvertently ordered a new connection rather than an upgrade. You will need to contact CS on 150 to resolve this, but should do so within 14days if at all possible.
