O2 to EE ISSUES

I moved from o2 to ee. Old phone stopped on Tuesday. New phone still not working 3 days later. Visited shop not a lot of help. 2 hrs online to tech no help. Now cannot get to online tech and no phone calls can be made so I can’t phone EE.

It may be you need an account refresh following your number port.

Thanks for your comment, I have got it sorted now after being on the online chat for over 2 hours and being transferred 3 times. Not a great first impression of EE ☹
