Hi @Nukakhiin

Are you transferring to an EE PAYG or pay monthly account.

Why would you do this if you are moving the number over.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Only that you will need to order a physical SIM 1st before it can be converted to an eSIM.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Im transferring to a pay monthly physical sim which I have now

the reason for this is so i can use the EE sim whilst the number is transferred  to it this way i can use both at the same time in the transfer period

Welcome to EE  @Nukakhiin

When did you submit your PAC code?

Number ports usually take place the next working day. It's best not to swap your SIM type for your outgoing network when you have a port-out in place, though theoretically it shouldn't be an issue.

As porting your number ends your service with the previous provider, you can leave your previous network SIM in your device until you lose signal. That is your indication the number transfer has begun. You can then pop your EE SIM into your device and continue on.
