Number transfer

I transferred my old number from o2 to EE on Monday and it’s still not worked but my o2 network has cut off and now I can’t use texts phone or anything on my old or new phone.  Does anyone know how they can help me?

The number port would usually go through the next working day, if it was done before 17:30. If it was after 17:30 on Monday, today would be the port date and it can go through anytime up until midnight.
