Number not transferred

Hi I changed fro 3 to EE last week but my number is still with3. I have gave EE the PAC number do I get a new SIM from EE? Or do I carry on with the old 3 card

Until you receive your EE SIM & activate it your no. will not port yet.

Also you cannot yet link it to an EE a/c as you do not have its mobile no. for the same reason.

You use an EE SIM to access EE's network, but obtain your PAC from 3 port your number.

Give the PAC to EE in order that your 3 number is ported across to your EE SIM - usually the following working day.

Thanks. I have have EE the PAC. How ever I opened the EE account online so as of yet I don't have a EE SIM card 😔
