I took out a new contract for someone the other day online, I selected to transfer her O2 number over to her new SIM, got the PAC code and completed the form, SIM card arrived and I put it in her phone yesterday, but the number hasn't changed over, it's on a different number, there's been no emails saying anything about swapping the numbers over, I can't even use the PAC code again or request one, starting to get very frustrated lol
Does anyone know what I need to do?
