Hi I changed over from O2 to ee in store and received my sim card and was told to wait until my phone showed no signal from O2 then insert my new ee sim and I would be good to go. I spoke with a telephone advisor today who gave me a call and he said I had to put the sim card in now in order for the pac code to activate. I have put my new sim card in but my old number hasn't ported over? Am I doing something wrong?
