Hello,
I have recently got a contract with EE and used a PAC code to move my number over.
However, the number seems to have moved but only for calls. My family can call me on my old number with the new SIM but when they try to text me they get an error message saying "Trouble sending - number in incorrect format".
I have restarted my phone multiple times and the number is only working for calls and not texts.

@Eball161 Have you received a text from EE saying your number migration is completed?

@Chris_B No I haven't - but I wasn't sure if the issue with me receiving text messages might be stopping me from getting that?

When did your number transfer start?
Is it standard text messages (SMS) you're having problems with or a data based messaging service such as iMessage?

It's just normal SMS messages that I seem to be having issues with. However, I also realised this morning that I also don't seem to have any internet access when I'm not connected to WiFi.
It just eems odd that people can phone me on my old number but that texts and internet aren't working yet.
I organised the number move with EE on Saturday and was told it would be sorted by Tuesday evening so that's why I'm concerned that it's not working.
