Nothing works after switching to EE

Hi, 

I have switched from O2 to EE yesterday and I've put EE sim today after O2 stopped working (as recommended by EE customer support agent during the transfer). However, after putting in EE sim and restarting the phone few times, I still can't make any calls. It always says incorrect number (even for EE's 150). Moreover, I can't use internet either as it shows 3G but when I try to do anything, it says "cellular data network is not active".

In addition to all of these, I can not send or receive any text messages.

No @Katie_B. I haven't received any texts. And I don't think I can receive any texts as, I can't send any texts either.

You may need to contact EE CS from another phone, to check your SIM is fully activated - 0800 0798586
