Number not correctly ported

Hi,

I have ported my number away from EE to a new provider, however they appear to have messed up the porting and have said i need to request another PAC code from EE, however i can't find anyway of doing it as my number has now partially at least moved to the new provider.

Does anyone know how i can request a pac code please.

Thanks

@gardenman90  You’re new provider is going to need to have to contact EE to resolve this.   You could try phoning customer support yourself to see if they can actually provide you PAC   if your EE Sim isn’t working you can call this number 0800 9566000 from any phone.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you have given your EE-issued PAC to another network, then you are now their customer and it is upto them to resolve your issues.

Out of interest, what do you mean by your number "partially moved"?

I can make calls and texts and access data, but anyone trying to call me gets number not recognised

That's what's known in the trade as a split port - they happen sometimes.

Your new network should absolutely be resolving this, nothing EE can do here once your PAC has been used.
