Number change over

I got a new phone on Sunday and was told I can keep my old number however it’s still not changed, can someone tell me when this will be done please?

Yes I did I’ve now contacted ee who have told me it wasn’t being processed but it is now sorted thank you for responding

Was it an upgrade or are you moving your number from another network?

It’s an upgrade but I was with Vodafone so I’m changing to ee

It’s now been 48 hours since my old number should have changed over and it still hasn’t what can i do?

I already did this on Wednesday they told me the change over should happen In 24 hours and it still hasn’t
