Number Transfer

i recently transferred from giffgaff to Ee yesterday and bought new phone on contract, i recieved a text from EE saying my number transfer has been complete but i dont have any service, any data. when i turn my wifi off it tells me that the mobile data not active and says PDP authentication failure

when i try and call out it says the number is not recognised and no one is able to call me.

also my message app on settings says there is no service available and not picking up my number to message on.

i have no use of a phone now

If there is no service showing at all, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides from another phone. 

They can bring up your account, check the activation and SIM details and help to get you up and running.

If you don't have access to another phone, you can go to an EE store, who can put you in touch with our tech guides.

I know you'll be keen to get your new phone up and running fully.

If you are still seeing the same today, can you try to turn airplane mode on for a few minutes and then restart the phone to see if that helps?

ive just tried this and its still not working, im not wuite sure hiw to resolve this
