Hi!

I have transferred my phone data over to new iPhone and inserted the SIM card but it hasn't transferred my BT number.

Can you advise or post link to step by step?

Hi @KGB007 

Did you do this as an upgrade or did you come to EE directly yourself?

There's a slightly different process depending on which way you went about it.
