Not sent eSIM

I haven’t been sent the email for my eSIM I bought one a few days ago and cannot activate it because I’ve been sent nothing too activate it 

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the EE Community

If it is just a SIM only you have ordered from us as an eSIM and you selected the download option, you should have gotten an e-mail confirmation, did you receive no e-mail at all and have you checked your spam folder?

With the download option, it is done via your EE online account, have you tried logging into your online account on your phone to see if you can download it? Our help page has more information.

If you ordered an eSIM along with a new device or did select the postage option, then it would be sent out as a QR code for you to scan when it arrives.

@Hazr06   eSIMs are not sent out via email.  It’ll be in the post so you can scan the QR code 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
