Not recieving SMS

My number was ported from another SIM. Calls work but SMS does not. The SMSC is correct.

Please instruct me on how to reprovision SMS on my line and complete the port for messaging.

What do you mean by "ported from another SIM"? The SMSC config only affects outgoing SMS, not incoming.

If you have a problem with receiving text messages, you should report this to EE-CS on 150.

Test by sending a text message from your phone, to your own number.
