Hi all,
I haven't been able to make or recieve calls from my EE iphone 11 for a week now. I have tried switching the phone off and on to reset, I have tried manually connecting to the network, I have taken the sim out and put it back in. At this point i'm running out of things to try.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're have with your calls, as this certainly isn't what we'd expect to hear.
I'd certainly recommend checking out our Network Status in your area, using the link that @Northerner has provided. I'd also check to see if you can send texts and connect to the internet when you're not on WiFi.
If nothing is showing on the Network Status page then you'll need to speak with our team, so they can look further into this for you.

Does your phone show network coverage?
Can you send & receive text messages? Can you use mobile data?
What happens when you try making a call?
