I was told to wait for 72 hours..
And yes, I can receive an otp now.

Yes I was receiving other texts although it comes in late.

I have a similar problem with my line
I receive messages from other numbers but not OTP.

Have you recently transferred your number to EE?
Is this happening with more than one OTP that you have requested?

I recently got my EE line.
It happened with several OTP requests.
It's been rectified now because i received loads of SMS backlog yesterday evening.
