Not receiving calls or texts

My number was ported from O2 on Monday and I could make calls and send texts and emails but Now Friday and I still cannot receive calls or texts except from other EE mobiles it has been a nightmare no one can call or text me  I have been in touch with customer services and they are saying it will be done in 24 hours then 72 hours  still not working any help / suggestions please

No message just had someone call me so thats how I knew glad you are on now !   will now see about getting money back !

No one rang me but at least it's back on,  hope you get on OK with getting some money back.
