Not receiving call and can not call out

I transferred my phone number over from another company yesterday.  My phone received a text from EE to say I was on the network and could call and received calls yesterday.  This morning can not do either. I can use my Internet,  text etc  just not phone out or receive calls ?. I have no land line and the only other person I know on EE is driving  so can not help. So how on earth do I contact customer servwhen the only numbers or information is to dial 150 !

Did the text yesterday advise your number port had completed?

Have you tried restarting your device?

What phone are you using?

Yesterday I had a text message saying welcome to EE and to switch phone off and on and all should be OK...did that Yesterday and all was OK. But today no calls. ....still nothing. I have switched my phone off and on twice to see if anything happens but nothing is working. I can only call on video WhatsApp or message via that or email. I have a samsunote 9Sent from my Galaxy

Is your old phone/SIM card still active?
