I transferred my phone number over from another company yesterday. My phone received a text from EE to say I was on the network and could call and received calls yesterday. This morning can not do either. I can use my Internet, text etc just not phone out or receive calls ?. I have no land line and the only other person I know on EE is driving so can not help. So how on earth do I contact customer servwhen the only numbers or information is to dial 150 !

Did the text yesterday advise your number port had completed?
Have you tried restarting your device?
What phone are you using?
