Hi. Since porting to EE I have stopped receiving Amazon OTP codes. I have received OTPs from other suppliers such as PayPal. But only once in 100+ attempts have I received an Amazon OPT text or call.
I can see other people have had this same issue. What is the fix?

Hi @Charliehobbs.
Welcome to the community.
Have you been able to report this to our technical care team?
If not, I would recommend doing this by calling 150 from your EE handset. The team will be able to complete a full diagnostics and hopefully get this resolved for you.

Oh yes, I called EE, but they could not log the issue and wanted me to call amazon and ask how they send OTPs. I explained I can't call amazon as I can't log into amazon, because EE are blocking the OTPs.
So, I went back to o2.
I walked into the EE shop in Halifax and they refused to cancel my contract within 14 days... despite the EE website telling me I can cancel in store.
EE texted me and told me I owe them over £300... for 3 days of cruddy service. I can call you... but EE want to charge me 20p per minute to call an 0800 freephone number. Come on... really. **bleep**.
in conclusion... EE have completely failed me, in many ways.
What have you got to say about that?

I am sorry to hear this and understand this must be frustrating @Charliehobbs.
If you had taken out your contract online or over the phone then you will have a 14 day cooling off period. Anything purchased in store does not have a cooling off period.
Have you been able to try calling our customer care line 07953 966 150? we recommend using this number to get in touch.
