Hello, I hope someone can help me resolve this issue.
about 10 days ago I took out a additional contract with ee for my daughter’s phone. I never received a SIM card for the new contract. I messaged ee about getting another SIM card sent out which they agreed but unfortunately sent a new SIM card for my original contract and in doing so has cancelled my SIM card.
I now have no working SIM cards for either contract 😡.
I’ve constantly been messaging ee tech support who have said I can go and get a SIM card from my local ee shop which I did but this SIM card doesn’t work.
so I contacted ee again yesterday and they now say I have to wait for my new SIM card which was originally ordered to arrive as it’s activated on my account.
my question is can they not deactivate the one that’s been posted to me and activate the one that’s in my phone?
I hope someone can help .
