Spoke to EE yesterday to ask for a sim for X-R as mine doesn’t fit now I have no service on my original sim

Hi @Hazel1010 

Did they send you a replacement SIM? It sounds like the old one may have been deactivated while the new one was sent out. If you're near an EE Store, they'll be able to register a SIM there an then for you, rather than waiting for the replacement to come through.
