Dear EE Customer Support,
I recently joined EE over the phone, two days ago, with the expectation of receiving an eSIM. During the call, I provided my PAC number. Today was supposed to be the day my EE service became active, but I haven’t received any updates or service from EE.
I contacted customer services, and they advised me to visit an EE store. However, during this time, my service with my previous provider was completely cut off. Unfortunately, when I visited the EE store, I was informed that the entire system was down, and they were unable to assist me.
I am currently without any service and cannot make calls, even though I purchased an eSIM in hopes of being able to contact EE customer service. This situation has caused me to waste both time and money, taking time off work and spending hours walking in the rain, only to be told to return tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable!
Furthermore, I can’t even switch to another provider, as I’m unable to retrieve my PAC number. I’m at a complete loss as to what to do next.
Please resolve this issue urgently. I expect a prompt solution to restore my services.
Thank you,

Hi @Arturas83,
Welcome to the Community!
We kow how important it is for you to be able to stay connected, and we want to get your cervice up and running as swiftly as possible when you join us, so I can appreciate how frustrating this situation must be, especially given the steps you've taken to avoid this happening.
Have you received a new phone from us, or was this a SIM only plan? We do have a guide to setting up an eSIM, depending on the type of phone you are using, which you might find handy.
Has your old provider confirmed they have completed the number transfer, as this normally does not happen until you have an active line, and we will begin the number port the next working day.
