No outgoing or incoming calls

Since my SIM only upgrade I have not been able to make or receive calls. It’s been 6 days now and I have been into the store twice (which is not a straight forward thing to do as it is many miles away) 

During the last visit they claimed to have solved the problem (an incorrectly assigned SIM in my handset) I still can’t make calls or take them and this was two days ago! HELP
