I have accidentally transferred an E sim to a new I phone now the actual sim is not working in my old handset. Can this be reset?

Switching to an eSIM cancels the physical SIM.

Hi @Carlo6

Thanks for coming to the community.

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can take a look at your account and order a replacement SIM.

Or, you can take photo ID to an EE Store and they will set you up with a replacement SIM card.

Leanne.
