No data on my SIM

I purchased the 30GB-30days SIM card at the airport 5 days ago,

And I started it yesterday

It worked at the first time as I used approximatly 50MB (I checked it with my phone itself)

but suddenly it didn't work from yesterday night.

I entered to app and found out there is a error that saying no data and the product that I purchased is not detected by app

and my phone is saying "You don't have any data" all the time

So what is the problem that I have? How can I solve this?

Please login to EE web and then check your data allowance and plan benefits!

You can also dial 150.

Was it a or bought from Sim Local? Is it an eSIM?

It is not eSIM

and I bought it from the bending machine at the airport

so I guess its local SIM

It does sound like it would be a SIM Local @DK90.

To activate that SIM fully with its allowances, you'll need to switch off WiFi and then make a call or send a text to a UK number.

Can you try to give that a go and see if it works for you?

@DK90 : You don't have an active pack. You've been using the initial free 50MB data that PAYG SIMs come with.

You need to make a call or text to activate & commence the pack the SIM is primed with.
