No data, cannot send texts, can’t receive verification texts and can’t call

Hello

ive just moved to ee on an iPhone 14 and my data, texts and calls don’t seem to be working. I switched my phone number over from my old provider

Yes it does

@DaveRob108   Has your number migrated across?  You should have got a text from EE confirming that.      Have you restarted the device if you’ve had that text ?  

 If you go to Settings>Phone does you number show correctly?  
If it doesn’t switch off iMessage and FaceTime and then restart the device now check your number again if it’s now correct turn on iMessage and FaceTime.

Haven’t got a text saying my number has moved but I have tried restarting. How long should I wait for confirmation of my number moving over?

I believe your port should of completed by midnight last night. 

Has this now been resolved?

Hi Katie

Unfortunately it hasn’t worked. I restarted my phone to see if that would have fixed it but it didn’t.  Still unable to receive or send texts, calls and use data

Thanks for getting back to me @DaveRob108

I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team who can do a refresh for you which should hopefully resolve this. 

As you can't call 150 from your handset I would recommend contacting the team from another handset on 07953 966 150
