ESIM accidentally deleted

Good morning,

I accidentally deleted eSIM from my iPhone 13, trying to install a travel eSIM. Although the physical SIM still in my device I have lost all connection to EE network. I attempted to download new eSIM on the website, but in order to activate it I needed to receive PIN number via text message, obviously impossible as the network is daed! Any quick fix that I am missing, or should I just contact costumer service?

@ohameed  You now need to request a replacement SIM card.   You can do this via calling customer services and it’ll be posted to you or you can go to an EE store and request a replacement there.  You’ll need photo ID with you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hello @Eyyyy_

The EE Store will only be able to accept Passport or Drivers License as photo ID.
