No SIM

Hello I’ve just got my upgraded phone and set it all up I’ve put the sim in and it’s saying there’s no sim in it and I’m not able to call

Sometimes when you upgrade we'll send you a new SIM, but this won't be activated unless you ask us to swap service from your current SIM. 

If your existing SIM is still working, then you should be all good to pop this in the new phone and continue to use it as normal from there. 

One thing to be aware of though - some of our older SIMs don't support 5G+, so we may have sent you this so you can ensure this is ready to go. 

If you did want to activate the new SIM, you'll just need to make sure your old SIM is available to receive a one time PIN, then when ready head over to here:
