Today I signed up to EE sim o ly amd asked for an E Sim. Order complete and received an email to say complete. Another email to say direct debit has been set up.
What happens next? I included my PAC code and signed up to the EE app. But cant seem to find this E Sim anywhere. Does that come later on in another email?

Were you provided a temporary EE number to register for an EE account via email?

No. I'm on O2 and come to EE. Opted to keep my number

You would still be provided with an EE temporary number until the number transfers.
Have you checked your junk/spam folders for an email with the QR code for the eSIM?

I called and didn't get much help. I'm still not sure what happens.
I've had no email for an E Sim. The advisor gave me a temporary number, but I'm unsure what that's for? How to a download and activate an E Sim if I've not had an email with it?
