New sim

Hi, I’ve had a new phone and sim and it should already be activated, but it isn’t. I only have the option of sending the pin to my old phone - which I don’t have. Anyone able to assist/advise? Thanks

What were the circumstances of your getting a new phone & SIM? I would assume your old one was lost/stolen, but can you confirm?

You may need to contact EE on 0800 0798586 from another phone to resolve this.
