Physical Sim card not working

please can someone help me with my physical Sim card as I have been on the phone to ee customer services regarding my physical Sim card as it, is not working but the ee shop is unable to help me as I am vulnerable and disabled and have no proof of ID. I am not able to go into store to get help with my physical Sim card. My eSIM is working ok the ee customer services are trying there best to help me and support me as much as they can, and I appreciate all there hard word please can someone help me to get my physical Sim card up and running. Please can you contact me by email you can email me on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx please can you help me to get my Sim card activated for the number xxxxxxxxxxx

If you have an eSIM it disables your physical SIM. You can't have 2 SIMs on the same no.
