New sim is not working on either my new or old phone

I registered my new sim yesterday and was told it could take up to 24 hours to register. It is still showing as 'Emergency call only' so I cannot receive texts or make phone calls. Need this to be looked into asap as I do not have a landline.

Was it a replacement SIM or a brand new one? Could you try restarting your phone please?

It was a replacement sim to swap over and start my new contract. I have
restarted about 5 times and no joy.

I wish I could tell you, as I have put it down and can't find it.

The new sim is showing up with my phone number though.

OK. If it's been over 24 hours, I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything has gone through OK from our side.
