New sim card undetectable

Hi ,

Can anyone help me please. I had a sim card replaced yesterday i kept the same number but it doesn't work my old sim card was canceled because i lost my phone andi had to ancel it . Do i need to activate it or wait more as it has been more than 24 hours now ?

What was the reason for replacing your SIM?

I lost my phone and thwn i cancelled my old sim card because of security and now i replaced it by a new one . It been 2 days but still doesn't work. I know that i need to activate it but o can't call the company to help me with thw activation .

Did our Customer Care Team order it when you called to report your phone lost?

Yes i ordered it by phone and my husband went to the shop and get it.

What message shows on the phone you are using when you insert the EE SIM card? 

Does any other SIM card work in the phone?
