Hi all,
I paid for my SIM only contract, I received an email to make an EE account. Works ok, but no order details, and when I try to enter my phone number (existing one as I'm transferring with PAC code) it says "Not recognised". The email I received about my order says "Number will transfer within 24 hours", but I haven't received my SIM card. What's going on? I'm a bit confused, and no-one to ask 😞

No. will transfer within 1 working day of receiving your SIM & activating it.
