Can’t transfer number

I’ve just take a new iPhone from EE I transfer all the things from my old phone to the new but my SIM card get block and now I can’t use it !!

@Emiliyan , that does not make sense, unless you did not do an upgrade, which I hope you did do, you should just be able to move the SIM card from one phone to the other.

Have you tried the SIM card in your old phone? If it does not work and does not work in your new phone, I suggest you contact customer service and they will be able to take a look for you.
