My new sim keeps losing its connection from my phone. I keep getting the “No Sim Installed” error message. When I restart the phone the issue is solved but after a while the same issue returns.
any idea?

@EliasG This could be a faulty sim or your device could be faulty on the sim contacts. Best to start by request a replacement SIM card. You can do this via your online account. You’ll be sent a text to confirm the request so try and get a signal on the device.
You could also try just wiping the sim with a damp cloth to make sure it’s clean. Make sure it’s dry before you put it back in the device
