Sim card transfer my number

I have just received my new EE Sim Card I have inserted it into my phone but no signal seems to be showing?

When I bought this contract I chose to keep my old number how do I do that please?

Get your PAC from your old provider & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .

 

Even if you haven't done that the new SIM should still work with its EE-assigned no.
