Hey I brought just a new SIM card in morning on 24 month contract but my internet is not working . I don’t know y .

@ivii   Have you changed the APN settings on the device to EEs ?   Have a look at THIS

@ivii  Can you go to Settings> General>VPN & Device management>Profile and delete any profile that’s there.  Then restart the device.

@Chris_B  pardon ! I just check now but there is no VPN profile I have .
