I have recently ordered a new PAYG sim and at the time of ordering included my PAC number. I have loaded the sim and its showing a new number, I have also not received any email or texts confirming that my number is being transferred.
I also try to fill out the online EE transfer request form and does not recognise my PAC number.
Can someone please advise? as my PAC expires on the 17th December 2022.
