I would like to request a new PAC/STAC code for my mobile number [your number] because I want to switch/cancel my service. My previous code has expired or is no longer valid.

Which one is it, PAC or STAC?
While we can't provide you with anything, you can request this yourself by:

You then provide the code to your new provider when signing up. Once this has been processed by the new provider, your EE service will be terminated.
If you are still within your contracted minimum term you would be liable for early termination charges.
If there are multiple numbers on your account you may be requested to contact EE Customer Services on 150 to request this instead.
