I’ve got a new SIM card for my new EE account but I’ve had to use another pay-as-you-go SIM for the last month as the new SIM isn’t letting me call, text or use mobile data. I was told that once I’d put it in my phone I’d just have to ring someone to reboot it/activate it but the calls aren’t going through. Help me please! 😅

Could you try restarting the phone, if you haven't already please? If it still isn't activated, you'll need to speak with our Mobile Care team so they can check the registration for you. You can find our contact information on our contact us page.
