Changed my number to an e sim now phone doesn’t have signal

Hi so I need help i recently changed my number and 

 chose convert to ESIM now my phone doesn’t have a signal with that sim card in what can i do help please im loosing my mind over this

This has happened to me I changed my number to an eSIM now my phone won’t recognise  that SIM card it’s frustrating
