Is your new SIM for a new line with EE, or is it a replacement SIM for an existing line?
New SIM cards for brand new lines, or replacement SIM cards for lost/stolen come pre-activated. There is nothing you need to do other than pop it into your device.
If it's a new SIM for existing line, for example upgrade or size replacement, and you still have your old SIM and it is still working, you can activate your new SIM online at Activate Your SIM page.
If your old SIM is no longer working, or you don't have it, you'll need to call our Customer Care team from another phone to activate your new/replacement SIM.
