Hello 

I recently purchased device along with two sim from ee on 16/12 for my family.i requested for network switch keeping my old number.one of my sim switched without any issue but other sim still waiting for switch and my old network provided took monthly credit also (pay 2 go ).

Please help.

For the SIM in question, has the SIM been inserted into your phone - if so, which day? (After 5pm or so would count as the following day)

It matters, because your PAC will be treated as submitted on that day and port-in actioned the following working day.

I was told to put the sim when my old network cuts,it didnt.so i put ee sim in another phone yesterday.

Did you provide EE with your PAC codes at the point of purchase?

If yes and your number still has not transferred from the 16th of December I'd recommend getting in touch

Yes, the sales guy took the code and did all the paper work
