Hello,

My husband lost his previous SIM card.

Today he buy a new one but now when we try to activate it, we have a problem.

Could you please let me know how we can remove the old number and put new phone number in account?

Hello

You would need to call 150 to get them to set it up as it was before he lost the previous sim card.  So they would need to swap the number over

unfortunately nobody answer on this number.

when he chose option Technical support and send information about problem via SMS - he received information about trouble again.

Could you someone help us?
