My number hasn't ported over from BT

My number should have been ported over to EE from BT, my sim no longer works, I can not text or call. And it appears I'm paying both EE and BT for a mobile service I can not use.  I'm so frustrated , I can not get any help to sort it. I can not open a account with EE as I can not receive the text message with the passcode.

Hi there,

I would recommend calling BT Support First and chase this up to make sure the number has 100% been ported and to ask about why there is 2 separate generated bills for both EE and BT. Alternatively, you can also call EE to ask the same question as it's their teams who ported you over. I would recommend making sure you inform them about the double billing as they may need to amend this ASAP
